Throughout his career, Brian Ludmer has played an important role in shaping family law in Canada, both in the courts and through legislative initiatives, including his work on Bill C-560, which introduced a presumption of equal shared parenting in custody cases nationwide.
Ludmer Law is proud to sponsor Legal Perspectives Webinar Part 2, alongside the Social Science and Humanities Research Council (SSHRC), which provides the bulk of the event’s funding. The session will also feature Jake Shen, Barrister & Solicitor.
This public, informational webinar is not confidential and does not constitute legal advice. Participants should avoid sharing personal information and are encouraged to seek professional counsel for their specific situations.
Webinar attendees will gain insights from experienced legal professionals, but are asked to keep in mind that provincial differences and jurisdictional issues can affect legal outcomes. Both Brian Ludmer, a family and business lawyer, and Jake Shen, a criminal defence lawyer, reside in Ontario.
