Canadian attorney Brian Ludmer has been engaged by the International Support Network for Alienated Families (ISNAF) to make an online presentation on Sunday, February 22, from 4 – 6pm Pacific Daylight Time. His presentation, which is titled “How to Prove Your Case Quickly and Get Urgent Remedies,” will deal with practical legal strategies parents can use to persuade courts and government agencies to intervene promptly in high-conflict cases where parental alienation is a factor. The session, which will take place over Zoom, will also include a question-and-answer period with Brian Ludmer after his formal presentation has concluded. 

About Brian Ludmer

Ludmer, who has more than 30 years of experience practicing family law in Canada through his Toronto-based firm Ludmer Law, is internationally recognized for his work in high-conflict custody litigation, shared parenting advocacy, and legal matters pertaining to parental alienation. He has served on ISNAF’s Advisory Board for more than a decade, has co-authored the book The High-Conflict Custody Battle: Protect Yourself and Your Kids from a Toxic Divorce, False Accusations, and Parental Alienation, and is a co-founder of Lawyers for Shared Parenting. Brian Ludmer has also made important contributions to Canadian legislative reform, including helping to draft Bill C-560, which sought to establish a nationwide presumption of equal shared parenting.
